How to use
In Vitro:
Brassinazole (0.5, 1, 5 μM) markedly causes malformation of seedlings, which becomes morphologically similar to BR-deficient mutants. Brassinazole-treated cress also shows dwarfism, with alters leaf morphology, including the downward curling and dark green color typical of Arabidopsis BR-deficient mutants, and this dwarfism is reversed by the application of 10 nM brassinolide.
