How to use
In Vitro:
Exposure to certain concentrations of the entirely different promoters phenobarbital and the calcium and sodium salts of saccharin (22, 23, 25, 29, 38) stimulates calcium-deprived T51B cells to initiate DNA synthesis as rapidly and as effectively, or nearly as effectively, as raising the extracellular calcium concentration to 1.25 mM.
