How to use
In Vitro:
SID7970631 (CHO-K1 cells) displays a half-maximal cytotoxic effect. SID7970631 dose dependently inhibits luciferase expression in the SF-1 assay, giving the IC50 value of 255 nM. SID7970631 displays a cytotoxic effect not only on H295R/TR SF-1 cells, but also on SW-13 cells.
