How to use
In Vitro:
Cadein1 may be a potent anti-cancer agent against human cancers, specifically p53-deficient cancers with functional MMR. Cadein1 activates p38 in p53-defective cancer cells with functional MMR to induce cell death. Cadein1 (4 μM) induces p38 phosphorylation in a time-dependent manner in HeLa and HCT116-Ch3/E6 cells .
