How to use
In Vitro:
D-3263 induces calcium flux and cell death in in vitro cells expressing TRPM8.
In Vivo:
D-3263 (50 or 100 mg/kg/d) alone or with Finasteride (10 mg/kg/d) results in reduction in prostate hyperplasia of rats with evidence of a dose response. The highest dose of the TRPM8 agonist D-3263, given in combination with Finasteride, results in lower prostate weights than the highest dose of D-3263 or Finasteride given alone, suggesting a potential additive effect.
