How to use
In Vitro:
8-Hydroxy-DPAT hydrobromide (8-OH-DPAT hydrobromide) has no effect on 5-HT1B binding at concentrations lower than 100 nM.
In Vivo:
8-Hydroxy-DPAT hydrobromide (8-OH-DPAT hydrobromide; 32, 56, 80, 100 mg/kg; intramuscularly; 15 min prior to the testing session) of the highest dose significantly interferes with sustained attention and reinforcer efficacy (progressive ratio; PR) performance in the 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA)-exposed but not control animals.
