How to use
In Vitro:
Docosatrienoic acid inhibits LTB4 binding to pig neutrophil membranes with an Ki of 5 μM.
In Vivo:
Application of docosatrienic acid dose-dependently decreases the peak K+ current amplitide and accelerates the potassium activation and inactivation kinetics at all rat membrane potentials.
