How to use
In Vitro:
CD73-IN-3 inhibits CD73 activity in human serum with an EC50 of 0.213 μM. CD73-IN-3 inhibits CD73 activity in human serum by 56.8%, 71.7% and 76.9% at 0.52 μM, 1.56 μM, 4.68 μM,respectively. In Calu6 human cell assay against CD73, the IC50 for CD73-IN-3 against CD73 is 0.0073 uM.
