How to use
In Vitro:
HKSOX-1 (10 μM) reacts with O2•- in potassium phosphate buffer at 25 °C to produce a dramatic time-dependent fluorescence increase, which is completed within 10 min, and the fluorescence intensity remains unchanged within 60 min. HKSOX-1 (10 μM) exhibits excellent stability toward pH changes in the range of 2.2-8.8.
