How to use
In Vitro:
C/EBPα inducer 1 (compound 78, 3 μM) causes myeloid differentiation differentiation. C/EBPα inducer 1 (compound 78) increases the expression of the neutrophil differentiation surface marker CD11b. C/EBPα inducer 1 (compound 78) induces the expression of the neutrophil differentiation surface marker CD11b and upregulation of CEBPA and its downstream targets. C/EBPα inducer 1 (compound 78) can upregulate G-CSF receptors, and render leukemic cells more sensitive to G-CSF stimulation.
