How to use

In Vitro:

BPK-21 (20 μM) significantly impairs T cellactivation. BPK-21 likely suppresses T cell activation through blockadeof ERCC3 function, which may in turn act downstream or sepa-rately from pathways involved in NFAT and NF-kB activation.
