How to use
In Vitro:
The SD minipool treatment is prepared using a 1:1 mixture of tri-n-butyl phosphate (TnBP) and 11-(4-tert-Octylphenoxy)-3,6,9-trioxaundecane-1-ol. SD treatment efficiently removes HCV infectivity from virus-containing plasma.
