Albiflorin is a natural product isolated from Paeoniae Radix. Albiflorin enhances mitochondrial function to suppress antimycin A-induced oxidative damage via the preservation of cytochrome c and cardiolipin. Albiflorin may reduce or prevent osteoblast degeneration in osteoporosis.
