1,2-Bis(2-iodoethoxy)ethane is a PROTAC linker, which refers to the PEG composition. 1,2-Bis(2-iodoethoxy)ethane can be used in the synthesis of a series of PROTACs, such as MT802 (HY-122562) and SJF620 (HY-133137). PROTAC MT802(HY-122562) has a ligand specific for BTK, and a ligand specific to a E3 ligase cereblon (CRBN) connected by polyethylene glycol (PEG) linker 1,2-Bis(2-iodoethoxy)ethane.
