How to use
In Vivo:
SCD1 inhibitor-3 (5 mg/kg; p.o.; 4 hours) reduces the plasma C16:1/C16:0 triglycerides desaturation index by 54 %. SCD1 inhibitor-3 (2~10 mg/kg; p.o.; 4 hours) makes a dose-responsive reduction of plasma triglycerides desaturation index.
