In Vitro:
Gboxin (0-15 μM; 96 hours) specifically inhibit the growth of primary ‘high-throughput GBM sphere’ (HTS) cells but not that of cycling primary low-passage mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) or astrocytes.
