How to use
In Vivo:
Quinelorane dihydrochloride (LY163502; 0.003, 0.01 mg/kg; s.c.) reduces GABA efflux, with significant effects with 0.01 but not 0.003 mg/kg in male Wistar rats (300 g). Quinelorane dihydrochloride (0.032, 0.32, 3.2, 5.6 mg/kg; IP) significantly and dose-dependently increases locomotor activity in the Sprague Dawley rats. There was no main effect of sex and sex interaction. Quinelorane dihydrochloride significantly decreases activity in the male and female inbred FVB/NJ, BALB/cJ, BALB/cByJ, C57BL/6J, Swiss Webster, A/J, DBA/2J, 129S1/SvImJ, and 129S6/SvEvTac mice.
