How to use
In Vitro:
HM03 trihydrochloride (0.1-50 μM; 72 hours) exhibits over 50% inhibition at 25 µM concentration in HCT116 cells. HM03 trihydrochloride forms more binding interactions with HSPA5 and HSPA9 than with the other HSP70 proteins. HM03 trihydrochloride exhibits promising inhibition activities from cancer cell viability and tumor inhibition assays.
