How to use
In Vitro:
ABTL-0812 (ABTL0812; 10-100 μM; 48 hours) inhibits cell viability of squamous NSCLC H157 cells. Compared with squamous NSCLC H157 cells, human lung fibroblast cell line MRC-5 are resistant to ABTL0812 treatment.
In Vivo:
ABTL-0812 (ABTL0812; 120 mg/kg; oral gavage; 5 times per week; for 33 d) induces ER stress in human lung and pancreatic xenografts. ABTL-0812 induces hallmarks of ER stress in vivo. ABTL-0812 increases ATF4 and HSPA5 expression in mice bearing MiaPaca2 and A549 xenograft, respectively.
