How to use
In Vitro:
To prepare the pH PIPES buffer, 173 g of 1,4-piperazinediethanesulfonic acid are dissolved into 1 L of deionized water. The pH of the PIPES buffer is adjusted to 6.8 by adding pellets of sodium hydroxide. PIPES buffer can be used to PIPES buffer, it can prevent the glutaraldehyde fixation induced lipid loss and artifacts.
