How to use
In Vitro:
HM03 (0.1-50 μM; 72 hours) exhibits over 50% inhibition at 25 µM concentration in HCT116 cells. HM03 forms more binding interactions with HSPA5 and HSPA9 than with the other HSP70 proteins. HM03 exhibits promising inhibition activities from cancer cell viability and tumor inhibition assays.
