How to use
In Vitro:
5,7,8-Trimethoxyflavone (Norwogonin 5,7,8-trimethyl ether; 8, 16, 32, 64 μM; for 24 hours) decreases NO production in a dose-dependent manner in RAW 264.7 macrophages. 5,7,8-Trimethoxyflavone does not change lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced (100 ng/mL) cell viability.
