How to use
In Vitro:
EGFR-IN-127 (compound b) inhibits the lung cancer cell proliferation of A549, PC-9del19, PC-9del19/T790M/C797S, and H1975 cells,with IC50 values of 0.9464 μM, 1.1262 μM, 0.4963 μM, and 1.4142 μM, respectively. EGFR-IN-127 (100 nM-1 μM; 48 h) shows a noticeable inhibition of cell migration.
