Description
BPK-21, an active acrylamide, suppresses T cell activation through blockade of ERCC3 function. BPK-21 specifically targets C342 in the helicase ERCC3.

How to use
In Vitro:
BPK-21 (20 μM) significantly impairs T cellactivation. BPK-21 likely suppresses T cell activation through blockadeof ERCC3 function, which may in turn act downstream or sepa-rately from pathways involved in NFAT and NF-kB activation.
