Product Information:
MC-Val-Cit-PAB-PNP, also known as Mc-Val-Cit-PABC-PNP, is a cathepsin cleavable ADC peptide linker. The Val-Cit will specifically be cleaved by catepsin B. Because this enzyme is only present in the lysosome, the ADC payload will only be released in the cell. The Azido group will react with DBCO, BCN or other Alkyne groups through click chemistry. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media.
