How to use

In Vitro:

EBOV/MARV-IN-1 (12.5 µM; 48 h) inhibits HIV/EBOV-GP (EC50=12 nM) and HIV/MARV-GP (EC50=180 nM) pseudotype virus in A549 cells containing a luciferase reporter gene, with low cytotoxicity (SI =2088).
