Sulfo-NHS-LC-Biotin is a water-soluble amine reactive biotinylation reagent used to attach biotin to primary amines. It is commonly used to label proteins and antibodies and does not penetrate membrane. It is reactive in pH 7.0-9.0 and has a solubility of 10 mg/mL in water and DMF.
