How to use

In Vitro:

Naringin is a flavanone glycoside, which gives the grapefruit juice its bitter taste. Naringin inhibits hepatic P-glycoprotein (P-gp) and some drug-metabolizing cytochrome P450 enzymes, including CYP3A4 and CYP1A2, which may result in drug-drug interactions. Naringin is also an inhibitor of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) release, which causes angiogenesis. In addition, Naringin reduces diabetes-induced neuropathy in rats.

In Vivo:

LD50: Mice 1650mg/kg.
