How to use
In Vitro:
Indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) induces cytotoxicity in fibroblasts, neutrophils, and several cancer lineages in vitro.
In Vivo:
IAA administration in pregnant rats during days 12-14 might selectively affect the S phase neurons and lead to their apoptosis in the neuroepithelium. It induces microencephaly in rats.
