How to use
In Vitro:
MMP-9-IN-1 (compound 2; 100 μM; 14 hours) does not cause notable cytotoxicity. MMP-9-IN-1 (compound 2; 10 μM) significantly inhibits cell proliferation of HT-1080 and MDA-MB-435 cells.
In Vivo:
MMP-9-IN-1 (compound 2; 20 mg/kg; intraperitoneal and intratumoral injection alternately; 6 days/week; for 14 weeks) results in a profound delay in tumor growth in NCR-Nu mice bearing MDA-MB-435/GFP tumor. MMP-9-IN-1 inhibits cancer cell metastasis in vivo.
